We’re Kev Shelton and Andy Sears, lifelong golfers, friends and the creators of the Spurk Golf Fairway Mat.

We were inspired to design our own golf mat in 2017 after yet another game of golf was ruined by poor-quality mats.

We simply wanted a golf mat that didn’t move and disrupt our shot – and that’s exactly what we made with our unique patented winter golf mat. When we tested the prototype ourselves, we knew as golfers it was amazing, but were still blown away by the response when we trialed the mat with other players.

Our patented golf mats have been designed uniquely, with 6 spikes that lock into the grass at an angle, providing a consistent stable surface. Injection Moulding delivers a secure quality finish, resulting in a golf mat for play without compromise. Spurk is the only golf mat not to move when hit and the closest thing to playing off grass. It is suitable for use on club fairways and your own back garden.
